Justin Timberlake says his second album could be influenced by southern rock bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Allman Brothers. In an interview with GQ magazine, the 23-year-old Memphis-born singer hints that he won't be rejoining his boy band 'N Sync for a reunion album. Instead, he will concentrate on recording a follow-up to his debut solo album, Justified. Asked if he wants to record with 'N Sync or go in a different direction, Justin replied: "I don't know, I dont know. You're never contacturally obligated to do anything. "I think A Tribe Called Quest have been contracturally obligated to do another album for like 10 years." Talking about his second solo album, Justin said: "Maybe a little Southern rock, you know? Try that on for size." |
