Britney Spears wants her wedding to be filmed for a reality TV series.

US Weekly reports that Britney is "in talks" to take over the title role on MTV's Newlyweds series.

According to the magazine, Britney's interested in doing the series because she wants fiance Kevin Federline to be as famous as she is.

Cameras would film the build-up to the wedding, the ceremony itself and then follow the couple during their first weeks of marriage.

The Newlyweds currently stars Jessica Simpson and hubby Nick Lachey but they're expected to quit after completing a third series.
