Liz Hurley has slated plastic surgery - despite rumours she has had collagen and botox jobs on her lips and face.

The actress insists: "I'd be too scared to modify my face. And surgical interventions always look so artificial.

"I find it pathetic to have an operation to try to make oneself look younger."
