Pamela Anderson is reportedly seeing actor Stephen Dorff after being spotted leaving Dorff's Malibu, California, home.

The 37-year-old former Baywatch star left Dorff's home with her hair looking like "a bird's nest," a source told the New York Post.

"It was obvious she had just gotten out of bed. She was wearing knee-high boots, black leggings, a sweater and dark sunglasses - the same outfit she was wearing when she came over the night before. It looked like she had a rough night."

Dorff, 31, who played ex-Beatle Stuart Sutcliffe in 1994's Backbeat and has also starred in Blade and Blood And Wine, has previously been linked to models Rhea Durham and May Anderson.

Reps for both actors would not confirm the pair are dating.

A friend of Dorff said the couple had been "friends for years," but was unable to say whether they are seeing each other.

Anderson, has two children with former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
