Kylie Minogue was left in agony after twisting her ankle during a performance for a German television show.

The singer was performing her new single I Believe In You on TV show Wettan Das, when she slipped over, hurting her ankle reports Femalefirst.co.uk.

An onlooker said: "It was a nasty fall. She slipped on her heels and tumbled. But she was more worried about exposing herself because her outfit was very flimsy."

However, she recovered in time to take part in Top Of The Pops Christmas Party alongside Girls Aloud and X Factor winner Steve Brookstein.
