Rachel Hunter has landed a deal worth £100,000 to present a TV show looking for Britain's next supermodel.
She is to host Make Me A Supermodel, a nationwide search for Britain's next big catwalk sensation on Five. Following auditions, 12 girls will be picked to live in a house together and face daily tasks to win a contract with top model agency Select. Rachel, a top model for nearly 20 years - said: "I'm delighted to be hosting Make Me A Supermodel. "This is an amazing opportunity for young women hoping to make their mark in the modelling industry." Rachel, who last year won the Ultimo contract from her ex-husband Rod Stewart's current girlfriend Penny Lancaster, will arrive in the UK in weeks to start work on the show. It will be screened on Five three times a week in March reports The Sun. Producers are seeking women aged 17 to 25 and at least 5ft 8in. Nationwide open auditions start in Glasgow on Sunday. |
