Jade Goody has undergone cosmetic surgery in a bid to look like Marilyn Monroe.

The Big Brother star had liposuction on her stomach and thighs, and an operation to make her breasts bigger reports The Sun.

Jade, 23, has been desperate to shed weight since giving birth to second son Freddy in September.

She claimed to have lost two stone and got back to a size 12 after a string of diets and workouts.
