Eric Clapton has become a dad again for the fifth time.

His wife Melia, 29, gave birth to a girl in a London hospital.

A source said: "Baby and mother are doing well. Eric was there for the delivery."

They have not yet named her reports The Sun.

Eric, 59, and Melia have two other girls, Julie Rose, three, and Ella Mae, two.

He also has a 19-year-old daughter, Ruth, by ex Yvonne Kelly.

His son Conor died aged four in a fall from a skyscraper in 1991.
