David Duchovny and Tea Leoni are contemplating moving out of their Malibu home after Britney Spears became their neighbour.

The X-Files star says the usually peaceful area has been taken over by photographers since the singer moved in two months ago with her husband Kevin Federline reports Contactmusic.com.

David said: "Britney moved in a couple of months ago, and since then it's been crazy.

"The other day I was walking to a restaurant and there were photographers in front, and they took a picture of me.

"I asked, 'What's going on?' and they said, 'We're waiting for Britney.' I knew they weren't waiting for me."
