Britney Spears has been rushed to hospital following another scare over her unborn baby.

The singer, who is four months pregnant, was looking after her husband Kevin's daughter Kori when she began to get stomach cramps reports The Sun.

A source said: "Britney has been taking it easy on doctors' advice. She was playing with Kori on the grass. She started to look unwell and started holding her stomach."

After extensive tests doctors gave her the all-clear and ordered her to do as little as possible.

Last month she was taken to hospital amid miscarriage fears.
