Stars including Katie Holmes attended the UK premiere of Batman Begins.

Christian Bale, Michael Cane and Morgan Freeman were also at the Odeon Leicester Square in London's West End for the premiere.

Holmes spoke about her relationship with Tom Curise who is in Tokoyo promoting his film War of the Worlds. She said: "We are both just loving being in love. We are so happy and being with him is wonderful."

The former Dawson's Creek star spent an hour signing autographs. "Its so lovely that so many people are here tonight," she said.

The film, which is the fifth Batman movie, opens in the UK on 16 June reports BBC online.
