Kelly Osbourne has denied rumours she's quitting the music industry.

Speaking to NME.com Kelly said: "I don't know where the rumours came from. I've just recorded a version of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun with Cyndi Lauper."

Kelly will start work on a new album in December.

Meanwhile, according to The Sun online Kelly says she is happy living in London.

She said: "I'm happier that I've ever been. I love being based in London and I feel really settled. My house is fantastic and the shopping's great!"
