James Blunt and the Kaiser Chiefs have five nominations each for this year's Brit Awards. Blunt's nominations include Best Male and Best Album.
Coldplay have been shortlisted in four categories, including the best group, album and single. Franz Ferdinand have been nominated in three categories. Kate Bush and Katie Melua have two nominations each and Scotland's KT Tunstall is up for three. Madonna and Green Day have gathered two nominations each and Arcade Fire are up for three. The ceremony will take place on February 15. |
