She's riding on a high on Strictly Come Dancing.

But it's still a hard time for Alesha Dixon.

The former Mis-Teeq star has been on top dancing form of late, showing the world and its wife that her troubles are in the past.

Alesha's marriage hit headlines last year after her husband, So Solid Crew's Harvey, was found cheating on her with his West End co-star Javine Hylton.

Since then, Alesha's been through a painful split but now she's ready to face the world again, via Strictly - though the show hardly sounds like a picnic to us.

"The show is an emotional roller coaster," Alesha told New magazine. "When I've been in training all day and I am totally exhausted and I really feel like 'Why did I put myself through this?'"

But however strenuous, sounds like all that dancing is helping the star to come to terms with her relationship breakdown.

"I have to let go of my negative energy towards Harvey," she said. "It takes a bigger person to forgive than to hold a grudge."

Well said, dear girl.

And as for those romatical rumours concerning Alesha and hip-hop star Pharrell Williams?

"I will admit he's cute but I never fancied him," she said. "I have been dating. No one famous."
