Now then folks, Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears' mum wants to share something.

But apparently she ain't allowed any more.

We are at a loss as to why.

Lynne has penned a book on parenting.

But since her 16-year-old daughter Jamie Lynn's pregnancy has been revealed, the book idea has been, shall we say, put on hold.

A rep for the publishers said: "The book is delayed indefinitely. It's delayed, not cancelled.

"We are standing behind Lynn at this time and understand that she needs time with her family - we support that."

Lynne's book had been scheduled for a spring 2008 release.

So it looks like we'll have to wait a wee bit longer before we can find out her parenting pearls of wisdom.
