We're talking about Aaron Carter, who was found to allegedly have marijuana in his possession.

According to TMZ, Aaron was busted in Texas with at least two ounces of weed.

He was pulled over for speeding and when his vehicle was searched, the drug was allegedly found in his car.

The some-time singer is now in jail until tomorrow when he will be arraigned.

Aaron is the baby bro of Backstreet Boy star, Nick, and the pair also starred on the reality show House Of Carters together.
