Dannii Minogue has signed up to be a judge on the new series of X Factor, and has negotiated a £500,000 pay rise from last series!

The minute Australian's reasons to celebrate don't stop there however. Last night Dannii picked up the TV Personality award at last night's Glamour awards.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "Her act won the whole competition for starters, and ratings for the series were fantastic."

The source added: "This year it looks like they'll be two shows a week - one on Saturday and one Sunday night, so in effect she's doubling her hours."

Her huge pay rise is thought to bring Dannii's X Factor earnings from around £400,000 per series to £900,000.

Minogue will join fellow judges Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell when the show returns this summer.
