Harvey Keitel has joined the cast of Little Fockers, the third film in the Meet The Parents comedy franchise.

The veteran actor will play a contractor who is employed by Ben Stiller's character in the movie, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Paul Weitz is directing the comedy, which will focus on the main couple's children. But franchise regulars Stiller, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner and Owen Wilson are all coming back, along with newcomers Jessica Alba and Laura Dern.

Keitel, whose body of work includes Reservoir Dogs, Mean Streets and The Piano, will next be seen in the indie drama Beginner's Guide to Endings.
