A screenwriter allegedly bitten in the penis by Vin Diesel's dog is suing him for nearly £5 million.

Michael Kerner says he suffered deep lacerations, nerve damage and loss of feeling in the attack.

Kerner was visiting the xXx star's house to talk about a script when the dog bit him, says the Daily Record.

The writer says the money would compensate him for his pain and suffering and help pay for counselling and medical bills.
