Eminem is reportedly interested in buying Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch in Santa Barbara.

The rapper has told friends he cannot stand another tough Detroit winter and is considering buying the 2,600-acre, £26million estate.

US Weekly magazine quotes a friend of Eminem as saying: "He also has to think about his daughter. He believes California may be a better place to bring up Hailie."

The deal could suit Jackson who said he would never live in the estate again after police raided it last November.

The singer, who is awaiting trial on child abuse charges, reportedly faces bankruptcy if he can't find £37million by Tuesday.
