Footballers' Wives' Tanya Laslett will serve her prison sentence on Bad Girls over three consecutive nights next month.

TV Plus says Bad Girls will screen the special episodes on Monday, May 17, Tuesday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 19.

It is the first time a character has left one series and walked into another in real time.

Tanya, played by Zoe Lucker, will arrive in the back of a prison van after being set up in a drugs sting by arch rival Amber Gates.

A spokeswoman for maker Shed Productions told TV Plus: "Tanya arrives in the prison van with make-up pouring down her face.

"She has her designer luggage and she's furious about being set up by Amber. But she is a born survivor."
