 Ananova:
Newsreader 'causes her TV dancing partner to get dumped'

Newsreader Natasha Kerplinsky's partner in a ballroom dancing reality TV show has reportedly been dumped by his fiancee because she is angry at their on- and off-screen antics.

The Daily Express says Brendan Cole's lover of nine years, Camilla Dallerup, has moved out of their London home and broken off their engagement because of what she regards as his 'excessive flirting' with the newsreader.

Ms Dallerup was herself partnered with antiques expert David Dickinson in the Strictly Come Dancing Show, but the couple were voted off early on.

The paper says Kerplinsky, who is still with long-term partner Mike Barnard despite cheating on him with former BBC boss Lloyd Bracey last November, certainly has been singing Cole's praises.

In a recent interview she said: "He is good looking and wonderful. He should be given a medal for his patience. He is a fantastic dancer, a wonderful teacher and a very lovely person."

However one of Kerplinsky's friends claimed Ms Dallerup was 'very jealous'.

"It's made life very difficult," she said. "Natasha is extremely peed off about it all."

The show, which sees celebrities paired off with dancing professionals and reaches its final on July 3, has created romance elsewhere.

Former rugby league star Martin Offiah is now dating his TV dancing partner Erin Boag.
