Courteney Cox has reportedly given birth to a baby girl.

This is London says the former Friends actress, who turns 40 this week, is said to be delighted after going through several miscarriages.

She and David Arquette have already decided to call the girl Coco.

Arquette said: "I'm gonna have a ton of fun being a dad. I can't wait to read stories and play games and the whole thing."

CNN quotes People magazine saying Cox checked into an unidentified hospital a week early and was in labour through the night.
