| Prisoner sues jail over 'fat food' |
A Romanian prisoner is suing the jail where he is being held claiming the food made him ill.
Gheorghe Florea,34, is serving a two year sentence for theft.
The head of the prison in Botosani, Marius Hiliban, told Evenimentul newspaper: "He complained the food we gave him was too fat and this affected his health. He also said we put him in a smokers cell but this is not a criteria our regulation takes into consideration. Still we moved him in another cell."
The official said the inmate's complaint is ungrounded.
