Nancy Dell'Olio says she wants Sven-Goran Eriksson to be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

She also insisted she and the England soccer boss would get married, reports the Mirror.

But she joked they might split up quickly, laughing: "We get married in the evening and we separate in the evening!"

Speaking on Italian TV of her charity Truce which promotes an end to war through football, Nancy said: "Although I work with Sven on it, it was my idea to call it Kick a Ball for Peace.”

She added: "I hope that Sven wins the World Cup next year and I hope that he is named as a candidate for Nobel Peace Prize!"

Nancy also said she would like to have children but added: "Maybe I already have one because in our relationship Sven is my child as most men are."

Nancy admitted: "We are very opposite in many different ways but as they say opposites attract.

"We are both very hard headed but he is very patient, I'm less so it's a fairly explosive relationship.

"In Britain I have been watched, admired and criticised but more admired. Prince Andrew has thanked me for taking the spotlight off the royal family."
