 Ananova:
Fishermen spark bomb alert

Fisherman who netted an unexploded 330lb bomb off the coast of Montenegro sparked an emergency by throwing it back into the sea.

Police and coast guard boats are scouring the Adriatic Sea for the device which they say poses a serious danger to shipping in the area.

Experts assume it was dropped by a Nato bomber needing to shed weight before landing in Italy during the bombing of Serbia in 1999.

The crew of fishing boat Vesna IV threw the explosive back rather than bringing it in and calling bomb disposal experts, fearing the bomb could explode.
