Constanza Puente's latest work is a life size self portrait of the 6ft artist.

She told Las Ultimas Noticias: "I chose bread to celebrate the fragility of the human beings.

"I am the person who has the most access to my mind, so I should be the starting point of my pieces."

Her bread sculpture is on public display in the grounds of the Chilean capital city's Catholic University Extension Centre.
