A Welsh man who cut his hair off after losing a bet also lost his job.

Jason Brooks shaved his hair into a mohican as a forfeit after he lost a bet with a friend.

The former Llangefni petrol station attendant's hairstyle did not go down well with his boss.

According to the Daily Post he said: "The deal was if I lost I would shave the hair on my head into a mohican style and have a waxing.

"I lost. And as a man of my word I went through with it. I just can't believe I have had the sack.

"As far as I am concerned, the cut is the mildest I could have had, and to be honest, most of the people I worked with said it suited me. After the head shave I had been at work for about a week when the boss came up to me and said he didn't like my hairstyle."

"It said I was sorry to hear that but I would be keeping it for the summer. He said if that was the case we would have to part company. That was it. He asked me to leave there and then."
