 Ananova:
Curry flown to World Cup

A group of curry-mad England fans are paying £1,600 to have a takeaway flown out from home to Germany.

Bath restaurant Bombay Nights is sending out the meal in time for the end of the England's match against Trinidad and Tobago.

Their customers are dance musicians Opposite Worlds who asked for the curry to be sent to their hotel in Munich.

Bombay Nights manager Abdul Nasir, 32, will fly out with the meal in a cool bag, reports the Sun Online.

He said: "We received a phone call on Saturday for a take-away to Germany and thought it was someone having a laugh.

"But we were contacted again and they gave us a deposit so we knew it was genuine."

The meal includes ramo dakhna chicken, mirchi fish, lamb karahi and Bombay king prawns together with a selection of rice, naan breads and starters.
