A Chinese transsexual has made an outfit out of condoms to promote safe sex.

Liu Xuanyi, 25, from Nanning city, made the scanty costume out of 300 condoms.

It also features the red ribbon used worldwide to promote HIV/Aids awareness.

Liu is said to be the first transsexual in Guangxi province.
