Police evacuated part of a San Francisco skyscraper after a man angry that he had been turned down by the The Price is Right threatened to blow it up. The man walked into a law office within the high-rise, in the city's Financial District, wearing a blinking device that he said was a bomb. Police evacuated the legal firm's offices on the 28th, 29th and 30th floors and cordoned off the area around the building before arresting the man, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. Sgt Neville Gittens said the man had a device made of a white tube and some sort of flashing light. The bomb squad was examining it to determine whether it was actually an explosive, he said. Anthony McDaniel, facilities manager at the law office, said the man indicated he was angry because he was passed over to appear on the TV game show The Price is Right.
