The owner of a sex shop in York faces charges that the "hardcore videos" in his store are not hardcore enough.
Magistrates may have to watch videos with titles like Secrets of A Sensuous Nurse, Talk Naughty to Me and Confession Of A Sex Maniac during Nick Griffin's hearing.
Griffin, owner of the city's Adult Shop in Gillygate, denies 15 allegations brought against him by City of York Council trading standards department.
Six charges accuse him of offering to sell videos with a false trade description - the title "hardcore" the Yorkshire Evening Press reports.
