| Olympics turns into the Sex Games |
Athletes at the Sydney Olympics have each been given 51 condoms - that's three for every day of the event.
Ansell, Australia's leading condom supplier, is one of the Games sponsors and has been handing out the multi-flavour packs in the athletes' village.
Graham Richardson, the man in charge of the Olympic village, said: "Every athlete is issued with condoms because, lets face it, they are young adults and they are going to get up to things."
A spokesman for Ansell, himself a former Olympic weightlifter, added: "What else would you expect when the world's most beautiful young winners are all put together?"
