 Ananova:
Tagging bracelet could have put stripper out of work

A US woman has convinced a judge she should not be fitted with an electronic monitoring bracelet because it will stop her doing her job - as a stripper.

Judge Anthony Calabrese Junior wanted exotic dancer Jodi Ketterman to wear the bracelet around her ankle to make sure she turned up at court for her trial.

But he had a change of heart after lawyers acting for Ketterman told him that the bulky device would have meant she would not have been able to dance.

Instead, she has been ordered to report to a parole officer everyday, Cleveland Live reports..

Ketterman, of Euclid, Ohio, was charged for allegedly conspiring with former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Donald Rolla after meeting her at the Executive Den in Cleveland.

Rolla, 52, is accused of "fudging" court records, effectively wiping out court records of Ketterman's conviction for receiving stolen property.

Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Rick Bell said the ankle bracelet may have come in useful for Ketterman. "It would've given her one more place to put the dollar bills," he said.
