Viggo Mortensen was forced to flee the Science Museum in London after he was recognised by female fans.
The Lord of the Rings star was checking out the museum's exhibition on the trilogy, reports Channel4.com. An onlooker said: "When people started to recognise him, Viggo looked more and more edgy. It was if suddenly every woman from miles around was there - the man seems to have an incredible effect." Meanwhile, Orlando Bloom says he persuaded director Peter Jackson to become an honorary member of the film's fellowship. The nine members of the fellowship have all had the word 'Nine' tattooed on their hips in JRR Tolkein's Elvish language. Bloom said: "Peter got a special '10' tattooed like an honorary 10th member. When we did the first premiere in New Zealand I manhandled him down to the shop. He was reluctant at first, but he was game actually." |
