 Ananova:
FT: Barnsley 1 Bournemouth 1

Chris Lumsdon grabbed a deserved equaliser to deny Bournemouth their first away win for three months in a 1-1 draw at Barnsley.

Lumsdon scrambled the ball past Neil Moss with 10 minutes remaining following a Kevin Betsy cross.

Betsy almost hit the winner for the home side in the dying stages, but his low shot struck the post.

Bournemouth took the lead in the opening 45 minutes with their first attempt on target as James Hayter met Warren Feeney's perfect cross to head home from close range.

Antony Kay thought he had equalised on the hour, but his header was disallowed for a foul on Marcus Browning.

Minutes later Kay was again unlucky with an overhead kick which struck the post.
